RICHARD C WEBB

Mr. Webb was the Vice-Chairman of Sanders Morris Harris. Mr. Webb co-founded Harris, Webb and Garrison in 1994, at which he served as President and Director since 1999.

From 1991 to 1994, he was Regional Partner of S.G. Cowen, the correspondent broker of Harris Webb and Garrison.

Before then, Mr. Webb served in various capacities with Lovett Underwood Neuhaus and Webb, which he co-founded in 1981.
