H.A. (Hobby) ABSHIER JR.
is a Managing Director, and founding partner of Abshier Webb & Donnelly. Mr. Abshier was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee for the Crossroads Group until its sale to Lehman Brothers in 2004. Mr. Abshier remains with Lehman as a Senior Consultant and member of the Investment Committee, and manages distributions.

Formed FSA Inc., an integrated investment banking firm in Austin, Texas.
Formed an SBIC.
Initiated the Triad Venture Group with over $60 million under management in three regional venture capital funds.
