G ARTHUR DONNELLY IIIis a Managing Director, and founding partner of Abshier Webb & Donnelly. From 1988 to present, Mr. Donnelly founded and served as President of Donnelly and Company, a Midland, Texas-based investment bank and consulting firm. From 1977 to 1988, Mr. Donnelly served as Chairman of the Board and President of the Midland Southwest Corporation, a publicly-traded oil and gas company. Prior to 1977, Mr. Donnelly held a range of duties in the financial sector at the First National Bank of Midland, and the National Bank of Tulsa. At Main Lafrentz & Company, Mr. Donnelly was a tax manager. G. Arthur Donnelly III serves as Director, Reef Chemical Company Mr. Donnelly holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Donnelly holds licenses with the NASD including being a Registered Securities Principal. |
